Can you be found in the event of a medical emergency, water or sewer mishap, mail delivery?
ALL occupied structures MUST display a numerical address that can be viewed from the street. It is the LAW!
Within the City Limits we have zoning, which requires you to obtain a permit for any enlargements to your home, new structures such as a storage building, fencing, etc.
Property Maintenance requires you to keep your property free and clear of junk, debris, inoperable vehicles, and household trash. Lawn must be mowed and free of weeds, this includes fence rows and ditches.
